To ensure smooth operations and compliance, carriers must meet the following requirements before dispatch services begin:

Active MC Authority

Valid DOT number

Active commercial insurance on file

Cargo insurance (per equipment type)

Signed dispatch service agreement

Access to at least one major load board (DAT, Truckstop, or similar)

Reliable communication (phone/text/email)

Ability to provide proof of delivery (POD) promptly after delivery

Preferred (not required):

Established home base or preferred lanes

Clear RPM or weekly net goals

Consistent availability updates
